Samantha Johnson

Samantha began fostering Lily, a rescue pit bull found abused and tied to a pole, during medical school. Determined to rehabilitate Lily, Samantha immersed herself in dog psychology and training. Her first dog, Baloo, played a key role in Lily’s recovery, and pack walks were also crucial for her socialization. This experience sparked Samantha’s desire to help more dogs, families, and rescues.

Samantha gained hands-on experience as an assistant trainer at Cesar Millan’s Dog Psychology Center in Santa Clarita, eventually becoming a lead trainer specializing in Socialization and Mastering the Walk. She refined her skills by shadowing accomplished trainers and attending workshops, which led to the creation of Pack Life LA.

Samantha firmly believes that a solid foundation of structure, boundaries, and appropriate physical and mental outlets is essential to effective training. With a wealth of knowledge and experience, she has built a thriving global community of dog owners and handlers. She is grateful for the opportunity to work with clients both online and in person, offering education and support every step of the way.
